 Direct line responsibility for 7 Area Business Managers and 7 Area Clinical Managers Development of 79 practices, with a team of over 600 employed individuals and 260 self-employed professionals situated across the South of England Managing a t/o in excess of £50m pa with an EBITDA in excess of £7m, with full delivery of KPIs across the region. Major contributor to the growth of the business from 30 practices to 132 within a 3 year period Development of a hygiene and specialist business model, with a turnover in excess of £5.5m Full project management of acquisition and tender practices Delivery of key projects for the business through development and management of a team of ABMs Development of relationships with 27 PCTs. Successfully tendering for new sites and additional income, in excess of £4m, through existing sites  Control, development and implementation of company standardisation policies and procedures Work with the clinical team, to ensure high standards of patient care and safety Recruitment throughout Europe.

 Selected to manage a portfolio of 80 High Street drinks/food stores, turnover c.₤55 million with full P&L responsibility for sales and controls.  Implementation of roll out of concept stores and new category launch into the market, reporting to Operations Director.  Drove sales performance through a motivated team of 6 District Managers increasing turnover by 14% year on year. Created a transparent District Manager operating process incorporating focused action planning, visit cycles, and coaching for commercial awareness. Successfully delivered 50 store re-fits within a 6 month period to launch food including merchandising, space planning and sign-off. (c₤3 million budget) Developed a performance management culture at all levels involving calibre reviews and personal development plans utilising key performance indicators. Consistently improved productivity and achieved cost objectives whilst developing customer service levels and quality initiatives.
