My responsibilities as Senior Director for Operations at KnowledgeWorks span several key areas:1. Produce and maintain the major KWF project artifacts for our external work with districts and schools, and manage their distribution and communication (project charter, project roles & RASCI chart, standard project scope & sequence; work breakdown structure; major milestone definition.)2. Serve as the team Change Management subject matter expert.3. Product management for KW’s Teaching & Learning work, partnering with the Chief Learning Officer. (financial management, adherence to revenue and expense plans, grant revenue, pricing.)4. External Account Executive and internal executive sponsor for existing early college implementations.KnowledgeWorks facilitates personalized learning environments where every student can succeed.
