We also work with leadership, HR and L&D on employee engagement and buy-in, leadership and talent development and internal communications.Management of Group OperationsI'm responsible for management of the annual BD&M budgeting and reporting process; financial planning and authorisation of spend; and building business cases for additional investment. I work with the Markets & Strategy partner and BD&M director to develop and successfully implement growth plans for BD&M from a budget and headcount perspective. I'm responsible for people management across BD&M including recruitment, on-boarding, coaching and development, appraisal/reward, employee engagement and communication. I've recruited and on-boarded 25 new team members over the last four years, working closely with our HR team.
