What happens if a building or the area you are located in has a dramatic change which results in hiring issues? Think 9/11. --Building risk is defined by who owns the building. An “A” building whether it is old or new, is “A” because of WHO owns it. --You can be in the newest building and if the owner is not tenant-sensitive, it’s not an “A” building.
