In this role I provide high quality 2nd and 3rd line technical support to Schools and Colleges, who connect to the Internet via Research Machine’s own Internet Service Provider, RM Internet for Learning.The products I provided expert support on include: * NT (MS Internet Information Server) and Linux (Apache) Web servers * NT (MS Exchange \ Ipswitch Imail).
