Senior Marketing Manager
CurrentLeading on strategic marketing growth plans across the OpenAthens portfolio for our agreed international target markets. Driving the delivery of the growth plans via localised multi-channel campaigns and tactics, with the support of the wider marketing team and partner network. Line managing and developing allocated staff, monitoring workload, outputs and providing advice and coaching, in order to ensure achievement of marketing lead KPIs, and campaign and project objectives. Managing and nurturing relationships with international channel partners and technology partners, and vendors to provide growth opportunities for OpenAthens, maximising the delivery of joint campaigns and lead generation. Building and nurturing existing relationships with membership organisations to support delivery of lead generation targets. Directing and managing lead generation and sales funnel building through the use of third-party agencies for activity including but not limited to regional marketing campaigns, telemarketing and account based marketing. Collaborating with the OpenAthens product marketing manager to localise and deliver go-to-market plans for new products and release updates, achieving adoption targets. Collaborating with the OpenAthens senior marketing manager – community and content, to deliver content in support of lead generation campaigns. Supporting the OpenAthens senior events manager to deliver lead generation ROI across our event calendar. Measuring, reporting and improving growth plans and campaigns based on data-driven decisions, supported by a culture of testing and analysis. Regularly reporting to key stakeholders on effectiveness of the marketing strategy, plans and campaigns. Delivering key growth KPIs and goals within the allocated budget. Working with the wider Jisc organisation where appropriate opportunities arise for the benefit for our customers.
