Since 2011, I have worked for the board and directors, managed the reunions, communications and online community related to the camp, including events for hundreds of beneficiaries and volunteer staff. 2016 was the 15th and last year for America's Camp, a week-long summer experience for children who lost a parent on September 11th, 2001 or in the line of duty. I ran a successful reunion for more than 150 former campers, graduates and staff members. My experience with AC started as a volunteer photographer and counselor, attending every year for 10 years.

In this role I managed the curricula, faculty and student relationships for continuing education in Management, Leadership, Coaching, Entreprenurship, Project Management, Instructional Design, Corporate Training, and Publishing. I doubled the revenue and student base over the 4 years of my tenure, through multiple top leadership changes and during uncertain economic times. I led the creation of the certificate programs in Coaching and in Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery. The emergency management program eventually became a degree program, and the coaching program turned out to be one of the most popular and effective programs of its kind.

I helped create and manage the office infrastructure for the 3rd largest 9-11 related non-profit in NYC. We supported the families of the fire, police and Port Authority rescue workers killed at the World Trade Center. I managed services and also distributed over $168MM to these families, and we successfully managed our final distribution of funds and closed down by September 2003.
