I started by assisting restaurants in integrating technology into their operations and quickly transitioned to sales to leverage my experience in driving impact at scale.In 2021, I was appointed as the inaugural Team Lead for Toast's Emerging Markets division, tasked with laying the groundwork for growth in multilingual sales. By 2023, I had scaled a high-performing team of 21 Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking AEs as the Emerging Markets Senior Sales Manager, launching targeted initiatives like the Asian Cuisine Pilot, which achieved record-breaking results—123% of our Go-Live quota in Q2 and 138% of our SaaS bookings quota in Q3.
