With over 24 years in the restaurant industry and 12+ years in management, I possess a deep understanding of the operational and strategic challenges restaurant owners face—and how to help them thrive. I believe in the power of data-driven insights and personal relationships to deliver real results, which drove my decision to join Toast in 2017. I started by assisting restaurants in integrating technology into their operations and quickly transitioned to sales to leverage my experience in driving impact at scale.In 2021, I was appointed as the inaugural Team Lead for Toast's Emerging Markets division, tasked with laying the groundwork for growth in multilingual sales. By 2023, I had scaled a high-performing team of 21 Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking AEs as the Emerging Markets Senior Sales Manager, launching targeted initiatives like the Asian Cuisine Pilot, which achieved record-breaking results—123% of our Go-Live quota in Q2 and 138% of our SaaS bookings quota in Q3. I don’t just build teams; I craft strategies that unlock new opportunities in developing business landscapes.In 2024, I expanded our impact by creating a Korean language team, ensuring Korean-speaking restaurant owners have the tools to succeed in an evolving industry. I’m passionate about identifying growth opportunities, whether through new market entry or optimizing sales processes that directly impact the bottom line.I am dedicated to fostering a culture where every team member can thrive—guiding new hires to their first wins, collaborating with operations teams on territory strategies, and helping seasoned AEs refine their storytelling to better connect with clients.
