Extensive experience representing clients on complex construction disputes in mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings across all sectors of the industry including transit, energy, industrial, commercial and residential. Routinely provides advice on the structuring, negotiation and drafting of construction, design and project agreements using both standard forms and bespoke contracts for a broad spectrum of project delivery models. Active in industry leadership roles, including serving as the Chair of the Allied Professions Committee of the Toronto Construction Association, as a member of the Advisory Panel on the reform of Ontario's Construction Lien Act (now the Construction Act) and as a former Chair of the Ontario Bar Association Construction & Infrastructure Section.
