Al Anbar Province, Iraq

✬As the Logistics Advisor on a Brigade level Military Transition Team (MiTT) in Iraq, advised, mentored, and coached foreign military officers towards improved professionalism and logistical/life support capabilities. ✬ Iraqi counterparts later obtained tremendous results on over 15 Iraqi Ministry of Defense mandated inspections ranging from multiple logistics capabilities, maintenance, convoy operations, and other combat readiness inspections. ✬ The Iraqi Army Brigade's logistics section later successfully supported three subordinate battalions operating in a Counter Insurgency environment. Additionally, their new found ability to develop sound policies and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) enabled the Brigade to support seven joint (Iraqi Police, Police Security Force, and Iraqi Army) Brigade and Battalion level operations with the purpose of eliminating safe havens for Al Qaeda and other insurgent elements from the Haditha, Baghdadi, and Hit Districts of Al Anbar Province, Iraq.✬ Developed the plan to include blue prints, sourced materiel, and coordinated with the construction company for the construction of a $2.5 million Combat Outpost (CoP) able to house 20 plus military and civilian personnel in Iraq.

As Battery Commander, lead, coached, and mentored up to five-hundred Marines in both garrison and field environments towards accomplishing common goals centered on assigned missions, training evolution's, and combat deployment preparedness. Additionally, as Commander, supervised and coordinated the tactical employment of the Regiment’s Headquarters Battery thus facilitating the Regimental Commander's ability to command and control his three subordinate battalions during a DESERT FIRE-EX exercise.✬ Ensured five-hundred plus Marines were trained according to over fifteen mandated annual training and basic skills requirements.✬ Ensured the accountability and mission readiness of over three-thousand pieces of military equipment valued at over $30 million. ✬ Instrumental in the Regiment and three subordinate battalions successfully executing a Fiscal Year budget totaling over $10 million by anticipating future requirements and developing plans that mitigated challenges to budget execution.
