I support the executive team and provide leadership and strategic advice on initiatives across finance, ICT, HR, general operations and compliance. I work with the Board to develop, implement, and manage activities to achieve objectives and aid decision making.My small team of direct reports, implements and manages ACL’s key operational services, including HR, payroll and related functions, ICT strategy and services that support operational activities and compliance with statutory obligations.Much of my work is focused on establishing controls, processes and procedures for an organisation that has grown exponentially without commitment to ensuring that sound operational protocols are in place to support growth.

On top of Director of Business Operations role, I managed the IT operating environment and the services of an external IT Services provider supporter relations, communications and fundraising activities until growth necessitated the employment of additional staff.

I worked as part of the executive/leadership team, supporting the CEO and Board, to manage business operations and positively contribute to the development, management, and assessment of strategic objectives, operational plans, and reflective budgets.

I was a member of the Executive Team, with responsibility for leading a team of 15 people across Finance, IT, HR and compliance. I managed delivery of financial reports to the Board and regulatory/funding bodies; while partnering with the operations and strategy teams to facilitate growth during an exciting time of affordable and social housing in Australia.
