I successfully led the state and territory-based YWCAs to transition from separate entities into one entity with a single purpose. I dealt with high levels of complexity, uncertainty and multifaceted issues across different functions and jurisdictions; and conducted significant commercial and legal negotiations. As of 1 June 2018, the organisation became a single national entity, successfully merged by schemes of arrangement. The new YWCA Australia had combined assets in excess of $60M and more than 250 staff across 15 locations. I represented YWCA Australia as part of their official delegation at the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW62) at UN headquarters in New York in 2018.
