My own background is in strategic learning and development and performance coaching, with 20+ years experience of all aspects of increasing business productivity and success for individuals and teams, through coaching and performance support.My happiest moments are when engaged with learners; sometimes one to one, sometimes in a group, always when a penny has dropped, a lightbulb has gone on or a joke has been cracked for one or all of us. Challenge, enjoyment and progress combine to create a sense of learning and achievement.A desire to learn and continue to be challenged by new experiences over the last 30 years has led me from operational management in small businesses and large organisations, via recruitment, to the world of learning and development. Along this journey I've gained invaluable experience of leading large and varied teams to achieve demanding objectives, experience which I now draw on to develop and deliver compelling experiences which focus on leadership, management and communication. I relish the opportunity to create new relationships and deepen existing ones, exploring every client’s situation and requirements and working in partnership to develop learning solutions.
