I am a chartered Principal Geo-Environmental Consultant with over 20years experience in contaminated land management with extensive experience in the remediation and redevelopment of heavy industry installations including petrochemicals, oil refineries, atomic weapons establishments and steelworks sites. I am a Qualified Person under the CL:AIRE Definition of Waste: Development Industry Code of Practice (DoW CoP).I help realise value and recover assets by navigating clients through acquisition, investigation, remediation and redevelopment of strategic land holdings. Howel manages a team specialising in contaminated land management to deliver innovative, cost effective and sustainable solutions whilst also coordinating other disciplines to fulfill redevelopment. I specify work required, manage tenders and contracts whilst controlling the delivery of my projects.My current role includes the management of a number of multidisciplinary projects assisting in the redevelopment of former heavy industry sites.
