Part-time Personal Assistant to the Managing Director providing extensive administrative support. My duties include:-Inbox and email management;-Audio dictation, preparing letters and correspondence on MD behalf;-File management;-Diary and outlook calendar management; -Supporting all level of meetings including compiling agendas and associated papers;-Liaising with clients, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate;-General office support;-Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
