I have certification in Prince 2 Practitioner and Agile Practitioner and several years’ experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive and Microsoft Teams.As project manager at CareFor group I have been the project manager on several successful deliveries of staff rostering and brokerage software applications both web and mobile to the care industry to support domiciliary care and reablement services since October 2016. I have delivered to both private sector and to large scale local authorities. Delivering complex technical integrations with pay and charge systems such as ContrOCC and CM2000. Also included integrations with enterprise solutions such as Microsoft azure.I work closely with R&D and support teams to deliver customer change requests during the project lifecycle and post project delivery managing and reporting to senior stakeholders.The project delivery uses a Prince 2 methodology and working with R&D we adopted an agile approach with daily stand up meetings and delivering code in sprints.I have overseen implementation of rostering system and migration of services and data to new products.I support the sales manager in providing feedback for tenders, soft market testing plus provide the necessary project documentation to support that process and to ensure continued adherence to the GCloud and ESPO platforms.I am the responsible ISO security and quality officer in the CareFor group working with and ensuring company adherence to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
