*Identify the tasks that the learners must perform, and then determine the knowledge/performance gaps that the educational deliverables must address to help the learners perform those tasks. *Determine the appropriate methods to address the knowledge/performance gaps. Produce prototypes, treatments, etc., as a basis for the final deliverables*Utilize software tools to create the deliverables (courseware, assessments, job aids, videos, simulations, etc.) according to the design.*Work with learning administrators, project management, and other project stakeholders to make the educational deliverables available to learners through the appropriate delivery mechanism.*Review business analytics (e.g. reduction in service calls or no-problem-found returns), course assessment scores, and other measurable data to determine whether the educational deliverables met the expected goals, and then utilize this data in the analysis phase for future improvements to the educational deliverables. *Multimedia development:* *Script, record, and edit instructional videos.* *Draft and produce printable job aids that include text, graphics and embedded or linked videos.* *Create easy-to-use Web resources that provide information, as well as access to additional learning materials, such as videos and job aids.
