As the regional Head of PMO, Operations and Customer Support, I was accountable for the strategy and success of the APAC PMO and of the APAC Customer Support team. I oversaw the operations of our 5 regional offices, handling all legal contracts for our professional services (PS) team, held oversight of the regional PS operations, and held accountability for the ongoing customer success of the 5 most-key customers.

As the regional Head of PMO, and the Head of PS Operations I was accountable for the strategy and success of the regional PMO team. I oversaw the delivery of broker connectivity for the equity portfolio desk, and provided advisory work to the Operations department. Performed a comprehensive review of other ongoing projects and delivered a set of recommendations for change.Technical Due Diligence for IP commercialisation company, UK Contracted by an intellectual property commercialization company based in London, I performed technical due diligence on a potential spinout from a UK university on the south coast, concerning the provenance of data in computing systems, and relevance to the MiFiD regulatory environment.
