Brian formed Tax & Capital Management 360 bringing experience from a variety of financial disciplines being a Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and through acquiring tax and financial advisory practices. With over 25 years of experience, Brian provides tax, investment, and comprehensive financial planning services for individuals nationally. TCM 360 has offices in San Diego, CA & Vancouver, WA. Brian graduated with a B.S. from Marquette University and holds a Master’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University. He is credentialed as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation. Brian completed leadership development for fiduciary investment professionals at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY. He has completed accredited programs through the Wharton School of Business that include investment strategies, portfolio management, and client psychology. Brian is a National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Registered Player Financial Advisor. He is a past board member of the FPA, member of the AICPA, and served as a mentor to Fellows at The Honor Foundation. He was a financial planning instructor in San Diego and as an advisor to Washington State University's Business Growth Program. He has twice been featured as the financial planner in the San Diego Union Tribune's "Money Makeover."
