Talent Acquisition:- Implement company talent acquisition strategy- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions- Review employment applications and background check - Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates- Coordinate respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.Training:- Identify training needs according to the departments’ appraisals.- Prepare training locations by ensuring instructors have all of the tools, technical equipment and resources needed to effectively teach a course- Conduct general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations and sending invitation information to all traineesOD:- Create Job Profiles, Job Descriptions and update them from time to time.- Create Organization Charts and update them from time to time.

-Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like linked-in,Facebook, Whatsapp groups, etc)-Screen incoming resumes and application forms-Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)-Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers-Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits-Monitors key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

- Responsible for recruiting, scanning, selecting, and training to my sales team- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
