CurrentOversee the daily operations of the customer implementation experience and ongoing services related to B2B health premium billing, payroll service bureau operations and the associated regulatory support. Main business objectives include oversight of project implementations, identify and execute business process improvements and ensure proper change management for proper adoption of software upgrades and process changes. Maintain business relationships with customers, third party vendors and influence processes with carriers and HCM vendors alike who leverage our software technologies to grow their businesses. Work closely with the sales, executive leadership and finance teams to remove barriers to sales, ensure departmental financial goals are on target and provide metrics to confirm the department is running optimally. Maintain working relationships with the business applications, product and engineering teams to ensure the departments business needs are met through system/feature development and optimization.
