With the Study Abroad program, I assisted with making appointments for students interested in the program and assisted them with the process to get into the program. I handled the study abroad financial aid, acquired and organized promotional materials for the study abroad program as well as made sure the study abroad office had all the correct liability and insurance forms. I also managed the student staff and other office work tasks, such as MasterCard Accounts, financial records, processing payments for airlines, hotels, tour companies and other vendors. I managed the office calendar with appointments and events and fielding questions from students, faculty, staff and parents about programs.
