CurrentColibra offers a unified flying experience by combining all elements of the flight process - including booking flight tickets with no upfront cost, incorporating boarding pass wallet, securing instant compensations by flight disruptions, and receiving real-time data about flight changes.• Involved in both day-to-day and strategic planning activities related to the back end system of the Colibra app.• Main objective it to maximally extract insights from the available business data and to create specialized customizable reports to support C-level management and their strategic needs. -- Exploring opportunities to add value by understanding and anticipating business needs to be represented in said reports. -- Developing and managing the product backlog by defining clear goals, prioritizing items based on overall vision, mapping out dependencies, and presenting clear instructions and deliverables for the developers. -- Ensuring delivered products are acceptable and precise.• Additionally, reinforcing the Customer Support team during the Covid-19 pandemic and the higher influx of claims due to force majeure cancellations.
