Handling various MIS Reports.Recruitment & Selection: Maintain comprehensive documentation and detailed status reports so as to ensure smooth flow of the sourcing process and timely fulfillment of sourcing targets. Ad hoc coordination for Core HR, which includes handling Joining Formalities, organizing Induction and Employee Engagements etc. Coordinating with Functional Heads and Project Managers ensuring successful hiring. Making arrangements for induction and orientation programmes for the newly recruited candidates for making them familiar with company culture and activities. Facilities & AdministrationInterface with Operations Personnel & also with other functional managers on services continuance activities and assist in facility maintenance, identifying improvements, supporting infra-structure changes, coordinating travel, events / conferences, hotel booking, ticketing, pantry mgmt, handling foreign delegates, monitoring housekeeping, security, first aid, medical assistance and staff welfare etc. Manage all records related of employees and make sure all document and files are properly updated. Identify and minimize exposure and risk on project, where applicable. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion Operate payroll software, Employee ID generation and keeping the leave track of all employees. Process reimbursements, expense claims and compute calculation of arrears. Prepare other management and compliance report as require from time to time. Responsible for processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls. Attends to employees grievances and complaints regarding attendance, salary, provides guidance if necessary. -
