Are you worried that although you are willing to step up, the buck now stops with you and you have legal responsibilities to fulfill that you're not really equipped for?Do you have no choice but to get good at HR to enable you to lead in a responsible, compliant way at work?Would you like to have access to a programme of education and support delivered by a fully qualified and experienced HR Consultant and get bespoke advice that makes sense rather than a 'cookie cutter' approach to HR that may not work for your organisation?If so, I can help I created the HR Mastermind to help people who have to deal with HR but don't have the knowledge or confidence to do so learn skills and understand the importance of managing the HR issues properly.Over 6 months you get a mix of classroom and 1-2-1 coaching in small groups so you can ask the weird questions without anyone judging you - after all you probably aren't the only one that doesn't understand the 52 week average calculation for holiday pay..The format is made up of 12 group sessions where we look in depth at a particular topic and runs through the lifecycle of an employee so starting with recruitment and all the fun stuff around job descriptions, interviews, inductions etc then covers off things such as managing sickness, family friendly processes, discipline and grievance, leaving the business and all that each of the milestones entails.In between there are 121 sessions to cover any questions or wider issues you may be having.There is also a portal where recordings are stored along with workbooks, checklists and more. You will learn how to effectively manage an HR function in a way that works for your particular organisation and gain the confidence to tackle the day to day issues with your staff.'I've been on the HR Mastermind course and it is excellent...
