An industry body, India Blockchain Alliance (IBA) aims to encourage the responsible adoption of blockchain technology by industry and governments across India as a means to drive innovation across all sectors of the economy.I contribute to build the knowledge body's presence amongst stakeholders, primarily in the education space. It includes building insights on the global education systems, future-ready career progression insights and advising and collaborating with higher educational institutes on core issues of (a) Blockchain curriculum integrations (b) blockchain based digital economy such as trust, security and privacy and (c) Blockchain based experiential learning initiatives.I engage/work with a global network of researchers, thought leaders and solution providers, innovators and policy enablers.

I lead the 'Infusing Happiness' and 'Happiness Quotient' - two formidable purpose-driven value offerings for organisations.Suspire, a services company engaged in assisting business entities since 2007, in reaching out to their stakeholders – internal and external – with their offerings in purpose leadership, mentoring, training, customer retention and employee engagement and has a new model based on the credo seeking to ‘infuse’ happiness amongst stakeholders.Suspire aligns its solutions around ‘happiness’ economics – that combines economics with psychology and sociology and lays stress on happiness measures as key factors to be maximized.We, at Suspire believe that by maximizing the happiness measures, the factors defining the success or profitability of a company are also maximized.
