An industry body, India Blockchain Alliance (IBA) aims to encourage the responsible adoption of blockchain technology by industry and governments across India as a means to drive innovation across all sectors of the economy.I contribute to build the knowledge body's presence amongst stakeholders, primarily in the education space. It includes building insights on the global education systems, future-ready career progression insights and advising and collaborating with higher educational institutes on core issues of (a) Blockchain curriculum integrations (b) blockchain based digital economy such as trust, security and privacy and (c) Blockchain based experiential learning initiatives.I engage/work with a global network of researchers, thought leaders and solution providers, innovators and policy enablers.

I lead the 'Infusing Happiness' and 'Happiness Quotient' - two formidable purpose-driven value offerings for organisations.Suspire, a services company engaged in assisting business entities since 2007, in reaching out to their stakeholders – internal and external – with their offerings in purpose leadership, mentoring, training, customer retention and employee engagement and has a new model based on the credo seeking to ‘infuse’ happiness amongst stakeholders.Suspire aligns its solutions around ‘happiness’ economics – that combines economics with psychology and sociology and lays stress on happiness measures as key factors to be maximized.We, at Suspire believe that by maximizing the happiness measures, the factors defining the success or profitability of a company are also maximized. Addressing psychological wellbeing, time use, community vitality, cultural diversity, ecological resilience, living standards, health, education, and good governance would impact the individual capacity to deliver, hence revitalizing the organizations fortunes. These measures would enhance the trust quotient for the organization and strengthen the beliefs amongst stakeholders, thus enhancing value.

The Purpose Coalition (TPC) conducts research in the purpose domain; supports design, development and implementation‎ of frameworks that bring about a transition towards purpose ethos; develops quality, audit, compliance and certification models and solutions.It works closely with global business chambers, private enterprises, market communication organisations, customer engagement entities, data scientists, academics, researchers , not-for-profits and brands to collate data, interact, collaborate, co-create and deliver insights for action.

Emerging Technologies Council is focused on building the architecture integral to the development of the technology sector through policy advocacy, research, education, advisory, community building and training and help in setting up the strategic direction for the sector to unleash its potential and dominate newer frontiers. The Emerging Technologies Council (ETC) is a network of groups established to facilitate stakeholder discussion around emerging grid technologies; concepts and trends that are shaping the future of the Web3.0 industry and that will impact the digital transformation.
