Current•Sources potential candidates by means of posting job advertisements/banners for a position using job portals, internal database, and social networking site such as Facebook and LinkedIn•Conducts phone interviews to screen applicants who have met the minimum qualifications for a specific position.•Administers and checks pre-employment examinations•Conducts initial on-site interview•Monitors candidates•Endorses candidates to hiring manager•Creates new employees' profiles and write-ups•Participates in Job Fairs•Conducts TAS Orientation•Supervises interns•Coordinates directly with schools/universities regarding partnership•Prepares and checks pre-employment government forms for new hires
