Passionate product manager for the Oracle Communications Session Monitor (OCSM) family of products formerly known as Palladion. Acme Packet acquired IPTEGO and their portfolio of Network Monitoring products. Upon joining the company I defined the scope, goals and deliverables for the Fraud Detection and Prevention (FDP) product. This product utilizes real-time network monitoring data to model the Caller behavior in voice networksand detect changes in this behavior. I took ownership of the entire IPTEGO/Acme Packet monitoring product portfolio named Palladion (supporting various IP-based signaling protocols and RTP voice) and represented the company at sales and standardization conferences.In April 2013 Acme Packet was acquired by Oracle.
