- Understanding compliant verification of IDs for all purchasers, while also adhering to store guidelines for banned customers, service animals, ensuring the vestibule remains clean, managing the line and communicating with security.- Welcoming all customers entering dispensary, in a friendly, positive, displaying exceptional customer service and have excellent product knowledge. - Assisting customers with placing orders, answering questions, and managing the line by having excellent communication with the rest of the store team. - Embracing company directed conversations at POS with customers including making product recommendations, ensuring accurate inventory management, de-escalation of customer concerns, accurate cash handling and compliance with all state laws. - Demonstrating mastery of POS systems and embodying excellent customer service.- Following IDFPR and ISP regulations including vendor management, inventory review and confirmation, accurate system intake, reporting of discrepancies and physical preparation of products into bulk and shelf inventory.
