No pain, no gain”. My mom told me this motto a few years ago, and I took it to heart. I believe that if I want to be successful, I have to work harder than anyone. I am currently studying at ITI which has taught me how to use English in more polite ways and helped me improved my time management skills.In college, I served in the student government and acted as a go-between the school administration and my classmates. In this role, I learned the importance of communicating smoothly and this experience has taught me how to be a better communicator. Although that was my first time in a role of leadership, I quickly learned that “leadership” is a skill that is a must-have nowadays.Work and internship experienceMy first job was as a salesperson at Phillips and it taught me how to be more talkative, and I also learned how to be more persuasive with their products to meet high sales goals. In that case, I sold almost twenty in one month and had good teamwork with my coworker. In that role, I once gained recognized at the salesperson of the month, which was only possible because of good teamwork. I had to apply all I learned from school to do well in that job. However this job was only part-time job and did not meet my career goals, so I decided to move on.So, then I had an internship with Jun Yuan Energytech for four months. While there I helped resolve clients’ issues and prepared documents for the meetings. During my time there, I have learned how to work well in a team and how to collect and organize data across departments. This experience helped me to learn the work process in general and helped me become more familiar with a variety of industries. Why am I valuable to your company?After one year at ITI, I am ready to combined my business and language skills and knowledge at an international company. I am also ready to learn hoe to be a and highly proficient marketer, so I am looking for a position and that requires my skills. I am qualified for this position and will prove a valuable addition to your team. I am ready to face new challenges and work hard to achieve my goals.
