About Hsiang-Ju Chen

I'm an assistant professor in the department of education in Taiwan, and a PhD in adults and continuing education with a passion for career development. Throughout my academic and professional career, I have been dedicated to understanding how individuals can enhance their career paths through education and training, as well as how organizations can create effective career development programs for their employees.My main research interest is the complex relationships between education, career development, and workforce needs, with a particular emphasis on adult learners and non-traditional career paths. As an assistant professor, I am committed to mentoring and educating the next generation of professionals in the field of education and career development. I am also involved in consulting and providing expert advice to individuals seeking to improve their career development strategies.
