I love sharing my expertise in strategy, economics, and batteries. I cannot stop talking about it. Strategic planning, development, and business strategy might mean different things to others. For me, strategy is making decisions differently, not just better. The difference makers come from emphasizing a different capability than your competitors.Uncertainty is my friend because I thrive in dynamic environments that require humility to explore. In the battery industry, I work on one of the most critical technologies in a highly dynamic environment. Something new happens every single week in this dynamic market. Contract negotiations are especially tricky in the battery industry. The problem is especially tricky when knowledge sharing is involved. Although the law department and I cannot anticipate every possible future, I strive to create contracts that create long-term value for the partners involved. In my prior work in consulting, CNTRD helped clients from many industries, including soy, law firms, logistics, branding, social impact, and food. Each project has much industry-specific knowledge, but I add value in my willingness to incorporate these differences into a systematic approach: (1) defining the problem, (2) setting our goals, (3) understanding ourselves and our competitors, and (4) developing a plan using our differences.I enjoy activities that challenge my creativity and improvisation in my free time, such as dancing, music, and writing. I love teaching and helping those around me with anything, and I like volunteering in local communities.I would love to help. Feel free to message me about your problems or if you are interested in my expertise.
