CurrentDevelop the HSE plan and all HSE Documents for the T/A in consultation with Planning Dept. Manager and submit for the approval by NSRPParticipate in reviews of SWMS, JSA-s for T/A with respective departments of NSRP.Ensures all TRAs are prepare in line with the scope in coordination with all concerned departments, signed and distributed one month before TAR start date.Ensure all units in charges are fully aware of the TRA requirements at site and ensures all TRA requirements are available at site. Ensure frequent communication with NSRP & TAR Planning Department.Coordinate with Logistics, Material Management sections and ensure safe delivery, storage and supply of different products for refinery units based on SDS.Ensures field HSE Staff investigates all sub-standard condition, incident etc and files the close out report on a daily basis.Provide HSE support for general issues and report on HSE performance and best practices.Support and coach/mentor the site management team in appropriate HSE leadership and conduct any HSE training required for personnel.Encourage crew and management participation with PTW audits, Hazard Hunts, JSA audits and HSE procedural audits.Conduct detail Site Visit Reports and Hazard Hunts for the findings to distribute to all the appropriate personnel and help personnel close out any items on the Action Tracker.Ensures proper Waste Management as per company protocol and Vietnam regulationsDevice and implement safety promotional system to motivate eligible contractor employees.Leading and coordination of Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis of the Accidents and Near misses to recommend the corrective and preventive measures.
