Ermi is a medical equipment manufacturer with a program that delivers clinically effective stretching in conjunction with physical therapy to help patients recover more quickly.Internal Market Manager | 2021 – 2022- Played a fundamental role in achieving Ermi’s ambitious patient acquisition and revenue growth objectives in Atlanta, south metro Atlanta, South Georgia, and Alabama. - Worked with referral base consisting of Orthopedic Surgeons, Podiatrists, and Physical / Occupational Therapists who referred patients with loss of motion due to injury, trauma, or surgery. - Provided onsite in-services for prospective customers and continued engagement and communication regarding new products and comparative information with existing customers. - Provided patients with comprehensive screening, needs assessment, and coordination of internal and external resources to support them and enhance their physical well-being.- Determined patient care assessment; provided delivery, setup, and education on protocol and use of devices.- Offered excellent patient care, education, and instructions all while performing fulfillment duties such as meeting, and some cases negotiating, program costs to close. - Made patients feel comfortable, at ease, and welcome to the program by engaging patient in conversation.
