• Servicing Martin Insurance Group’s existing client base, quickly responding to all client requests and managing the renewal process for all clients. • Responsible for client satisfaction, retention rates and account rounding as much as possible. • Act as a consultative Risk Manager and resource for all clients, identify and help mitigate all client exposures.• Manage Renewal Process- Contact client 90 days prior to renewal, review all current coverages and make any necessary changes. Account Managers will also visit large clients for an in depth analysis during this process. • Client Visits- Account Manager meets with A list clients on a quarterly basis as a quality control outreach to strengthen client relationship.• Work with Property & Casualty Marketer to remarket existing accounts where necessary or move smaller accounts to company service centers.• Service all client requests such as: certificates, MVR’s, endorsements, billing issues, claims (1st report and status updates), audits, reinstatements, etc. • Account rounding of existing clients as well as cross sells to other departments.• Maintain renewal logs to track and monitor client retention.• Maintain client files in AMS & ImageRight, including: attaching emails, faxes, note logging all correspondence with client, updating policy screens, claims screens and activities. • Back up to Director of Account Management when out of the office or unavailable• Knowledge of multiple coverages and lines of businessQualifications & Experience: Property & Casualty LicenseStandards and Measurements of Performance: 1. Retention rate of 93% or higher for book of business2. Client satisfaction3. Account rounding of accounts- $80,000 in premium4. Ability to handle multiple transactions during the day.5.
