In this role I am responsible for accelerating the development of our portfolio companies from a finance perspective.

In this role I was financial business partner to and member of the management teams of multiple business units within TSS. I was part of the TSS finance leadership team and leading an accounting & controlling team of 7-10 people, I was responsible for:- Accurate and timely monthly & quarterly financial reporting- Leading the team in the annual audit & key point of contact for auditor - Financial integration of new acquisitions (accounting and business control)- Managing ERP implementations at (newly acquired) business units- Financial forecasting (balance sheet, P&L and cashflow) & monthly analysis- Identifying and realizing financial and process improvements- Tracking and discussing strategic business cases

In this role I was financial business partner to and member of the management team of one of the largest subsidiaries of TSS, consisting of 4 business units. I was responsible for:- Financial forecasting (balance sheet, P&L and cashflow) and monthly analysis. - Identifying and measuring areas of improvement (financially & in processes) - Identifying and realizing working capital improvements - Setting up and tracking of strategic business cases rationalizing investments- Advising in commercial contracting

Started as consultant and progressed to Manager Corporate Finance; a role in which I was responsible for:- Closing deals (negotiations, legal contracting)- Valuations (DCF, market multiples)- Financial modeling (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow forecasting) related to acquisitions and debt funding- Generating new leads

Wrote my thesis on 'Activa securitisatie in het MKB' at MBCF and participated in several M&A projects:- Valuations- Market research- Peergroup / multiple analysis
