I was responsible for:- hiring and providing ongoing training and personal development for my team of Welfare Reform Project Officers- workforce planning in light of the fluid and developing welfare reform agenda - reporting monthly on corporate 'Key Performance Indicators' for the Board of Directors- communications including Freedom Of Information requests and Members of Parliament correspondence
