• Responsible for China Recruitment strategy planning and implementation.• Providing Business stakeholders with hiring solution and employee develop strategy, support hiring managers on recruiting process, interview techniques, and selection criteria. • Lead recruiting team and support departments such as EV Powertrain, Body Structure, Interior and Exterior, Vehicle Integration, Testing and Validation, Chassis, Program Management, etc.• Domestic and oversea recruit for different level of positions , and push forward full cycle of recruiting process in short lead time.• Provide key talents with coaching and consulting advices, support managers to solve people issue. • Manage talent pipeline build-up, sourcing channels exploration, professional events, employer branding, Supplier management, etc...• Draw up and develop company Recruitment Procedure documents. • Build close working relationships internaly and externally.
