I specialise in Health and Social Care which has developed from my experience supporting people in their home and in residential settings. During this time, I completed qualifications that supported my own growth and development and in 2019, I qualified as an Assessor of Health and Social Care qualifications.I value education, mentorship, potential, personal growth and professional development. And a Certified Life Coach with additional NLP Practitioner training, recognized by the Association for Professional Coaching. My skill includes Hypnosis and Timeline Coaching. In my spare time I help overwhelmed carers improve their resilience and wellbeing with positive self care & coping strategies that support them to live a healthier, happier and whole life, on their terms.
