Also served as Executive Director for Golden Knights Club during this time and represented the UCF Foundation and UCF Athletics at various board and executive stakeholder meetings, including the UCF Convocation Corporation Board, UCF Stadium Corporation Board, and UCF Athletics Board.

Turned transactional giving into transformational philanthropy—ultimately being promoted to oversee these areas (hired, trained, and managed a full-time staff of 7 and a gameday staff of 75 employees). My responsibilities included operations and logistics as well as the cultivation and stewardship of UCF’s premium athletics donors and creating a culture of philanthropy among alumni and athletics supporters.

Managed all gameday operations and season ticket renewals for premium donors in UCF athletics venues, which included over 10K club/loge seats, 23 suites, and 15 field cabanas at the football stadium; 500 club seats, 64 loge seats, 15 suites, and 80 courtside seats for basketball; and 200 club seats for baseball. Maintained an elevated level of customer service, stewardship, and relationship-building with businesses and associations through various philanthropic support options.
