Launched Luma Home mesh Wi-Fi system into the Pro Channel. Used existing relationships to get placement in ADI, Powerhouse, Volutone, and Wave. Created purchasing system, pricing, and all business programs for new partners in a very crowded space. Delivered all product trainings for new partners.

Launched Ring’s Pro Channel division where business was increased by 19 times original monthly numbers upon hiring. Worked with added distributors to promote, train and increase sales of all Ring products on a monthly basis. Added 5 people to the sales team including 3 department heads to manage different business units within the department.

Spearhead a team of 10 remote buyers throughout the North American and Canadian footprint. Train, counsel, and develop buying employees to ensure effective team building and communication. Work very closely with various departments to build brand awareness amongst our clients to ensure strong revenue growth.

• Primary responsible of effectively managing and training a team of merchandising representatives to ensure that products are effectively sold and removed from inventory. Ensured that all team members were aware of all.
