I’m a corporate development professional who uses strong analytical skills to identify key drivers of, quickly screen, and create action on investment opportunities. I build fully integrated financial models, apply strategic filters developed with business leaders, and research industry and company dynamics to value and recommend action on organic and new platform investment and divestiture opportunities. Size of investments pursued has ranged from $5MM to $2B, resulting in capital investments of $400MM and divestitures of $60MM to date. Additionally, I develop analysts and interns by teaching group modeling techniques and company decision framework application.

Working as an analyst while in school, I built financial models valuing electric transmission construction projects with costs up to $100MM. Additionally, I analyzed industry data and project development scenarios to create electrical transmission construction schedules. We used these schedules to identify de-risking milestones, investment exit ramps, and the capital at risk to reach each milestone, helping develop go-forward strategy.

In general, I acted as a design engineer and project manager fielding responsibilities from the kick-off meeting through construction completion such as:• Managed design projects with construction costs of up to $2.5MM for new and remodeled building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communication systems)• Analyzed existing building systems to identify operating deficiencies and provide upgrade recommendations to clients• Adapted completed designs during construction phase according to unexpected field conditions and owner driven changes• Created design solutions to fit pre-determined space, specifications, and performance requirements• Coordinated with clients to determine design goals and construction strategies to ensure efficient project progression
