TPI Management, a subsidiary The Partnership, Inc. (TPI), provides full-service property management for income-restricted and rent-restricted properties for TPI and for various other owners. TPI Management hires professional property managers and staff who are highly experienced in operating a wide range of properties in the affordable housing industry. This is important, because it takes skills, knowledge and, quite frankly, the school of hard knocks, to deliver excellence to our partners, residents, and communities.TPI Management’s services include ensuring apartment rental, improving fiscal responsibility, taking care of the property, providing tax credit and compliance expertise, overseeing resident services programs, and going above and beyond in every aspect of property management!TPI Management provides affordable housing experts who use ingenuity… and really do whatever it takes… to solve problems. Staff members work hand-in-hand to find creative solutions and establish effective protocols that combine expertise, forward thinking and tenacity.

I provided advisory and contract services to companies with needs for expertise in finance, risk management, operations, and business plan development.
