CurrentWorking as part of the customer and market knowledge team within Alshaya group, now specifically focused on the Starbucks brand.Since joining Alshaya, I have set up and co-managed over 20 brand health trackers across key GCC markets for top Alshaya brands. Presented results to key stakeholders across Alshaya brands locally and host brand teams globally.I lead the testing of digital campaigns with customers for Alshaya, quantifying the impact of Alshaya brand campaigns on customers and brands. This is through both testing the campaigns before they air and post airing testing, we use a variety of different tools and approaches to optimize our digital investments on campaigns. I lead adhoc qualitative and quantitative projects that answer key business questions, taking research findings and putting those into tangible business actions that will further improve the performance of our brands.
