Within the framework of the merger between Diot SA and Siaci Saint Honoré: Management and organization of reorganization projects (software migration, development of a new extranet tool, RGPD compliance, customer onboarding, acquisition of a company etc)

As part of the development of the Canadian subsidiary : -Coordination of M&A transactions including the acquisition of Enfouibec ($17M), E-PUR ($300k) and the creation of Valgo Environnement -Management of tenders in the Quebec region (public authorizations, litigation management, support and management of internal teams)-Contractual drafting and contractual follow-up (Subcontracting, co-contracting, consortium creation, NDA, MOU)-Litigation management of the companies owned by Valgo Canada (On Demoli (c.50 FTEs), Valgo Environnement (c.10 FTEs) and E-PUR (c.10 FTEs)) in the framework for tender, insurance management, contracts and social aspects

-Review, negotiation and drafting of contracts and partnership agreements-Monitoring of tender on international projects (Uruguay, Haiti, Canada, Montenegro)-Implementation of internal social agreements (CSE)-Legal support for a group refinancing operation (integration of Tikehau Capital)
