Responsibility: Take over implementation of MAPP Programme (Managed ARM People Potential), consisting of seven projects to achieve consistency, streamlined operations, optimised data and greater quality/adherence. ● Programme became first successful project implementation for the client, delivered on time and 98% to budget. ● Took overall responsibility for the delivery team for projects affecting up to ten thousand workers. ● Managed PMO and created methodologies, frameworks, processes, standards, procedures, templates, guidelines, tools, governance frameworks, gate controls, quality assurance, structures and role profiles. ● Developed standardised Blueprint structures and job information at group level, as part of an alignment project. ● Oversaw the implementation of an effective IR/ER solution by promoting best practice, consistency and fairness and by improving management controls and reporting. This saved significant time and costs. ● Implemented a self-service solution to elements of HR to empower and enable colleagues and reduce the transaction load on the operation HR function. ● Implemented bespoke learning management system to provide scheduling, reporting, compliance and tracking.

Client : Department of Rural Development and Land Reform Project: Electronic Document Management to provide reliable national and regional databases. ● Identified projects in each office and the local requirements and scoped what data was available. ● Developed records management policy and procedures, which were signed off swiftly. ● Implemented effective filing environment and information management software. ● Delivered a database consisting of 19 000 000 verified pages with OCR Optical Character Recognition capability within time and budget, to a high standard.

Client : RTT/SCS Responsibility: Managing various projects as part of the RTT Oracle EBS Financial Implementation Programme. ● Assessed current systems, processes, integration points and functional business requirements to complete branch business process mapping. ● Mapped current business processes for a shared understanding to assess potential Magic replacement. ● Implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.

FNB Responsibility: Managing various projects as part of the RTT Oracle EBS Financial Implementation Programme. ● Replaced current process to provide interest data for the IT3 process to Issue tax certificates to clients and a SARS return in the form of an electronic file and CD according to SARS Specifications. ● Configured and migrated existing application to a new platform for an infrastructure upgrade. ● Implemented Windows Server architecture, running on an x64 platform, to provide an adequate platform for current applications and future developments.
