 Supervise the trim process and operators of 5 productions lines Balance the productions lines to fulfill the production plan Plan the production for the shift and load material for the next shift Report hourly the production and send the report at the end to the shift to the manager Coordinate with QA/QC department to rework material in MRB area Coordinate a group of operators and a group leader to follow up the past due orders Coordinate with shipping department if a product have a shipping priority Work as a team with the serpentine and paint areas to send to trim process the material needed to avoid past due and close the production plan Make the overtime plan (priorities head count) Report daily in TRESS and AS400 attendance. Line balance,5’s and lean projects
