I provide end-customer personnel from Fortune 100/500 companies at all job roles with professional training sessions on NICE WFM (Workforce Management) and NICE EEM (Employee Engagement Manager), in various locations (worldwide but largely in the US) and formats (on-site and vILD), focusing on the business value that customers gain from the WFM and EEM solutions. I work closely with other project roles, such as Project Manager, Delivery Solution Architect, Professional Services Engineer, Business Consultant, among others, to ensure a delivery that is consistent with project needs.
