He has actively participated as Transport economist and Quality manager in many projects and missions in Europe, Africa and MEDA countries. He assisted in the development and upgrading of transport policies and strategies, as well as in the definition of investment scenarios and measuring social-economic impact. He has a solid expertise in the field of reactivation of regional economies in countries as Spain, Eastern Europe and Mediterranean countries. He has a strong knowledge in the new European policies in the fields of investment, R+D&I+I, clustering and networking and their impact on the economic structure and employment.
