Innovation leaderMy name is Hugo Martins was born in São Bernardo do campo São Paulo but since 2002 I’m living in Bahia, currently in Salvador.I have a Career in Product development where I started working for the Aerospace Industry contributed as Cad Designer engineer for the EMBRAER 190 and Later for one of the biggest players of the Automotive Industry where my core expertise in Product development and leadership contributed on the delivery of the South America vehicles such as Ford Eco Sport and Ford KA and also for the the north America market delivering Virtual development of a top hat for Lincoln Corsair as Executive and also worked leading the CAD development of a top hat for the Escape Autonomous Vehicle.I also engaged in the innovation side of the business where I conducted many initiatives and led people to adopt the innovation culture Leading a entire innovation ecosystem for new technologies consumption and knowledge sharing. I am deeply connected to Diversity and Inclusion culture initiatives as supporter and speaker specially regarding Brazil’s African descendants in the workplace.
